We are pleased to announce that the Missouri State House of Representatives has passed House Resolution number 1388, proclaiming October 14th as Amanda Kay Cates Day! A day state wide for domestic violence awareness.
N ow, therefore, be it resolved that we, members of the Missouri House of Representatives,
Ninety-fifth General Assembly, hereby recognize
October 14, 2009, as
Amanda Kay Cates Day
in Missouri to remember all victims of
domestic violence.
In honor of Amanda, her parents
